WSAF 2025 submissions

The Warwick Student Arts Festival is back in 2025 for an even longer weekend of free events and performances!
From 13th-16th June (Week 8/9), we will bring campus to life as a celebration of all things student art, from visual art to music and theatre, from a stage in the Piazza all the way to Avon Drama Studio.

Whether you're part of a large society wanting to perform, or want to sing your favourite song in front of people for the first time as part of your university bucket list, you've come to the right place.

While submissions are now officially closed, if you missed the deadline and still want to perform then please still fill in this form or contact us at @wsaf25. We'll do our best to fit you in, but can't promise they'll be an available slot or we'll be able to include you in any promotional or printed material.

How to submit for WSAF

Please fill out this sign-up form and leave an e-mail address you look at occasionally. After you submit your performance, we might send you back follow-up questions (e.g. about combining similar performances into themed events). Note that our emails often end up in spam, so please check this regularly.

Scheduling

After submissions close, we will begin our scheduling weekend, where after a lot of post-it notes are shuffled around, we will have a draft programme and can offer you time slots.

I haven't finished planning my event? I can't submit yet right?

Wrong! We don't need finished plans at this stage, please share as much information about your event as you can, but we can make do with ideas, as long as you can provide us rough timings (including availability throughout the weekend so we can schedule your event) and the general gist of what you're up to. Please get in touch if you still don't think you're ready to submit your event yet.
